Terms of use
Last updated 28 August 2026
Free2Volunteer is a free sign-up sheet service for volunteer-supported community activities. By using the site you agree to these terms.
How you may use the service
Use Free2Volunteer for non-commercial, volunteer-supported activities that provide social benefit — schools, churches, clubs, neighbourhood events, and similar groups. Do not use it to sell goods or services, send spam, or collect data you do not need.
Accounts and sheets
Organisers may create sheets with or without an account. Volunteers do not need an account to sign up. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish and for who you invite to help organise a sheet.
Volunteer and organiser data
We store the details needed to run sign-up sheets, confirmations, reminders, and messages you send. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
- Organisers see volunteer names, contact details, and answers for sheets they manage.
- Volunteers can edit or cancel a spot using the private links in their confirmation email.
- Delete a sheet when you no longer need it. Removing a volunteer deletes that signup from the sheet.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties. We are not responsible for events, volunteer attendance, or how organisers use the information they collect. Do not rely on the site as your only record of critical safety information.
